Patient Information
The practice of Dr Kim Sonntag is contracted to selected medical aid schemes, other scheme members will need to pay upfront on the day of the consultation and claim back from their medical aid. Please contact us for the rates.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your information sheet. We will also require a urine sample when you arrive.
For Emergencies
In the case of an emergency, please go to either the Emergency Unit or the Maternity Ward and Dr Sonntag will be contacted.
